4. Reduce sodium.
5. Limit the amount of alcohol you drink.
6. Avoid tobacco and second hand smoke.
7. Cut back on caffeine.
8. Reduce your stress.

10. Get support from family and friends.

Reduce the intake of salt that you have per day and if our doctor has prescribed you to a type of medication stick to it until they tell you, you can come off it
