What does "first class embedded link" mean?

I understand what embedded link means. But what does "first class" mean in the following context?

This includes the same type of formatting seen with TextElements, such as bold, italic, and underline, but includes many more options, such as superscript, subscript, strikethrough, small caps, firstclass embedded links, readonly regions, and so on.

Actually, this phrase comes from a Windows Store App development book, so it's not a message from any program. This explains how to make rich formatted text box component in an windows store app.

In that case I can't help you sorry, that phrase shouldn't be there I've certainly never come across it, if it was in Microsoft Office I might have been able to help but I can't, sorry to waste your time. I've just done some quick research and I can't find it anywhere, which is strange. Sorry again.
