Is there a law in Texas specifically intended to protect someone from being harrassed electronically by which predators may be jailed?

I have been a victim of electronic harrassment for over ten years. and everytime I start doing well people start showing up to disrupt my life. I can't afford anti-surveillance equipment or any help from agencies designed to track this type of debilitating nightmare offensive. Most people won't even listen. It is getting to the point of no return for me. I am totally alone in this. I want to stop the harassment in any way possible.

Electronic harassment for 10 years? WHY haven't you turned off your computer by now? Or changed your phone number? Or.. explain some more.

Yes, I agree. If you could explain more, we can help you. We have good ideas. If the panhandle of Texas is like the panhandle of Okkahoma, well, anyway. Is it the same person bothering you or is it advertisements or just what is it? Then we can help.

The best way to stop the electronic harassment is by reporting it to the authorities. This is considered to be a crime and the authorities would handle the case. It would be best to let the police handle the issue.

I have tried that and they treat me like I am just some everyday hopeless nut case. Sorry but the panhandle of Texas is still in the dark ages.

The worst thing is that 'without proof' which I cannot afford to obtain it is next to impossible to obtain any legal remedy. So maybe I am asking the wrong question. Where does the burden of proof lie?
