How to get rid of anxiety for good?

Panic/anxiety attacks is a true disorder. You can try breathing techniques and relaxation exercises when you feel you are becoming anxious. However, if your anxiety prohibits you from doing your daily activities, it is time to see a doctor.
You could try yoga medication and even hypnosis. You can find books on how to hypnotize yourself at the library. it has worked for me I even have hypnotized others to make them feel good
