I have been experiencing a type of foggy head symptom where my head feels muffled and unclear. Suggestions on what it is and how to cure it?

When I began having symptoms like that, which I call "brain fog," my doctor tested my thyroid levels and they were found to be out of range. Do you have other symptoms? How long has this been going on? You should talk to a doctor as it could be any number of things such as stress, fatigue, sleep disorders, depression, nutritional or hormonal deficiencies.

i had that problem i also called "brain fog" for me it turned out i was allergic to corn

Depending on where you live, it could be the start of seasonal allergies. Has it warmed up a bit where you are? If so, try taking a Zyrtec or Allegra. If you have congestion or sinus pressure, take a sudafed.

I get like that right before a migraine. Does your head hurt too? Could be allergies too.
