Will the strike affect my trip to Prague from Barcelona on March 21,2013?

If the strike is by personnel working on the airline you will be using, then your flight will be affected. Again, if it is by airport personnel in the airport where you will be boarding or landing, the flight will probably be cancelled, so you will be affected. On the whole, it depends on who has gone on strike.
