How do I gain weight healthy?
I'm too skinny.
Fruits, vegetables, yogurt, meat, peanut butter, mixed nuts, etc. Do NOT eat a lot of junk food, which does not help you gain weight, and makes you feel very sick.
With healthy doughnuts
Hang around fat people. Or go eat out with Phlorence.
try a healthy late night snack. you use less energy at night storing it. exercise muscle weighs more than fat.
eat stuff with peanutbutter in it! my uncle in law is a professional trainer and thats what he recommends. one peanut butter sandwich with every meal. make sure you exercise too
Working out. When you have more muscle mass, the heavier you will be.
Follow a high protein diet
Clarify/Define skinny, physical activity, caloric intake? Roughly, 10 - 15 - 20 times the calories to maintain/reach one's desired weight. Sedentary - Mildly active - Highly active.
Good calories and protein. I'm trying as well but not doing real well
Eat bigger servings of stuff that is good for you and not a lot of junk.
