What can be done about intentional oversights with supportive housing issues?

after being displaced by fire I became a resident of a supportive housing project d past legal issues concerning a law firm that continues to divert some personal state allowances to the firm's accounts and subsequently have become lost.They were received pro se on my behalf and I need those savings released immediately.All of my documents proving validity of my claims and statements were lost in the fire. I have pre-existing medical issues involving more litigations pending preventing me from accepting offers of being placed in state housing. I am presently in a county shelter and am faced with being told to relocate without any basic subsistance because of the aforementioned legal foul up' t want to go into lawyer versus lawyer dialogues because they will not go against each other. To do so could become unsafe to myself or family as well as even more complex( multi litigation possibilites,etc) Who can offer me the best and most expeditious resolve without causing harm to any involved?
