Recently i have been experiencing foot pain only in my right foot. I have noticed that a vein on the top of the foot curves to the left

i do not do much outdoor type stuff so im not sure what could have caused this, but it is always in pain and especially whenever i apply pressure on the foot (to move and such)

The pain in your foot could be associated with a condition known as tendonitis. It is a condition where tendons become inflamed due to an overuse injury or a dislocation of a muscle. The leg pain could also be due to stress fracture or gout. It would be best if you visited a medical doctor for thorough check up and treatment.
