It still depends on what you eat. Soda is bad... Yes. Anything sweetened with high fructose corn syrup or corn sugar of any kind is bad. I You still have to eat though... 5 to 6 small meals a day will keep your metabolism at a constant "high". Eating just 3 meals a day will raise your metabolism up and down like a wave. You HAVE to eat.... that is how your body gets its fuel. Your body just works better if you put the right fuel in it. Healthier foods. If you quit eating.... Your body kind of shuts down or puts itself in starvation mode making it even harder to lose weight. Exercise is important too.... even if it is just walking.
