Describe the feeling you get in your stomach when someone has passed away in your life?

I was just curious if people can actually describe this feeling... Any help would be appriciated!

When my dad died 3 years ago, in my arms, I was 8 months pregnant... It is a miracle in itself that I did not give birth at that very moment... I felt so incredibly sick to my stomach... Like I was about to throw up... I thought I would go into labor because I had like a twisting burning feeling all at once... But at the same time it was an empty feeling... Not to mention I went into a full blown hysterical panic attack where my heart was pounding so hard I was having chest pains and could not breath so I passed out... It was like time stood still as he took his last breath, yet I was screaming and everything in me was going into overdrive... It is like it happened yesterday now that I am describing it like this... That empty feeling in my stomach is actually an empty spot in my entire being. I miss my dad;(

It's ok... But thank you... It just makes me realize that even though my dad was my hero... He was still only human...
