How can I become more healthy?
I'm 19. I've been procrastinating exercise for over 4 years now - my weight has doubled and has become an issue; I'm 150 Ibs and am 5 ft (used to be 110 - 120 Ibs). Every time I try to eat more healthy, I fall back into the old habits; it's not so much that I eat badly.. it's that I don't burn off calories or am active enough. How can I be more healthy, without feeling like I'm doing a chore?
