If you have any type of live food, like micro worms or daphnia put a bunch in with the fry and that will help tide them over. If your tank is not very small, like 5 gal or more you could drop a pellet or 2 in the tank, it should take them a couple of day to eat it. And lots of live plants will give them small bugs to eat as well.
Take them with you if you are driving and make sure to have water bottles to change the water... if you are flying or rather not take them with you on your trip. Get someone else to watch them and PAY THEM , Separate your guppies in their own containers/ bowls before going on your trip so they can safely ajust to the change...and from each other so they can safely have their frys.. also check this website http://www.wikihow.com/Care-for-Baby-Guppies

You will need to put her in a separate tank, with lots of plants so the babies can hide. You can also place her inside a breeder net, inside your existing tank. This way the other larger fish will not eat the babies. You will need someone to feed them and take care of them for three days, this is too long to leave them alone. Take care.
