Yes it can cause major damage to your teeth, and soda has CO2 in it which can be bad if you have too much. Plus there's so much sugar in soda, if you're not big already, you'll get big once your metabolism slows down as you get older. It is just a terrible thing you should really think about no buying anymore soda and just never drinking it for a while. Once you're no longer addicted you can start having soda once a month, but that is all you can drink. You probably drunk enough soda for a life time and you really don't need anymore at all.
We all know the saying, "Too Much of Anything Is Bad For You." Its ok to drink soda but if you are worried about your health, you should try to cut back on the amount of soda you do drink. Soda already has an addictive in it of some kind that makes you crave it. If you feel like you have a bad addiction to soda, you should deprive yourself from it for a while. Especially if you are in any kind of sports or if something like high blood pressure or diabetes runs in your family.
If your talking about diet soda it has asppertain in it which is a cancer causing agent. Take a slug (snail) and pour soda on it and you'll watch it dissolve this is what it is doing to your stomach over time.
Get free of the soda, partner. It has no nutritional value, the carbonation removes oxygen from your bloodstream and there is waay too much sugar in it, not to mention the other chemicals it contains. Water will serve you better.
