How do i make my pores less noticeable? read desription

im 15, and im starting to get noticable pores around my nose, and a little on my cheeks, but its not that bad, i just want to know some makeup products that will make my face look matte, or is there a specific toner that will help, and is there any creams or moisturizers that will help....thanks
