Do you know where you seller is located? If he's in Europe or Asia, it could take a couple of weeks or a month to ge to you.

Hi, gameboy. I hate you've had trouble. Double check and see how long they said the shipping might take. However, to answer your question, I almost always buy from the private sellers just because their stuff is so my more inexpensive and just as good. But I only buy from 97% to 100% satisfaction, nothing less. If you check and see that that what you ordered was supposed to be there in 2-3 days, write to the seller or write Amazon and make a complaint. It will be handled. I can't remember, but it will tell you on there which to write to. It may be Amazon that wants to know.

Well, I've bought lots of things from them myself and only had a problem once. They are individuals and they are better and worse at doing business. Most are just trying to earn a living, though. Have you checked their rating? What do the other customers have to say? Did you email them?

I thought I had a buyer for my camera on Amazon. He said to get money from my PayPal account, he didn't. He kept bugging me to send the camera. I was told to be very careful. It turned out he was from Africa and just wanted a free camera. BE CAREFUL. IF YOU SELL SOMETHING, GET THE - $CASH$ not check - BEFORE SENDING THE ITEM. REALIZE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHERE THIS PERSON IS. With 7.1 billion people on Earth, he could get lost in the crowd pretty quick. You ship stuff you sell.

I have been selling on amazon for 3 months now. I only list products that are sitting ready to be shipped. When something sells I take it right to the post office. A large amount of them independent seller on amazon are just trying to make a honest living. You should give them a shot and if something happens report it to amazon.

My website is www.zody.co and my amazon sellers name is portabletec

I hope I answered this well.

Thanks, cody

When you buy online most sellers use PayPal and they have hard rules to follow from auction sites. This mean they are more fair than your local stores.
