How can you explain this

Im kinda freaking out i dont know whats wrong, I have random panic attacks and i feel like i can never be late and i get paranoid a lot. I often feel the need to move my hands or clench my body. Whats going on?

Go to your doctor for a check up. Sometimes deficiencies in your diet can lead to this. If there isn't a medical cause your doctor can recommend a therapist.

Bipolar causes random changes in mood from a high to low (depression). You can also go through as manic phase where you are really restless. That wouldn't explain panic attacks or strange habits.

Try to change the daily experience with others/things. It will help calm the brain to a certain extent until you repeat the course of a day or event.

Sounds like exactly that, panic attacks. There are a lot of symptoms of panic attacks just like the ones you described. Maybe some counseling would help. Call your doctor, you could have an imbalance.
