I am 13 and I wear makeup... but not red lipstick and blue eyeshadow. I wear conceler, maskara, eyeliner and lipgloss. wear modest colors if you choose to wear makeup. and don't wear makeup for a boy, because if you do then they will like you for the wrong reasons
Thats a parent's decision. My granddaughter just turned 14 and her mom will let her wear mascara, compact powders only and lip gloss. She told me that her mom said that was enough for her age. I told her I agreed with her mother.
I'd say like a little in 6th grade. Maybe just mascara. I wore a bit more in 7th and now I'm in ninth grade and wear a 'normal' amount that most teenagers wear I guess. Most younger kids don't know how to put makeup on and end up wearing too much. But parents also determine when their kids can wear makeup.
I wasn't allowed to wear makeup until I was 17, but I guess 15 or 16 and up is good. Depends on the person. Im glad that I didnt wear makeup til later, because I feel comfortable with it on or without it!
