I am starting to grasp the basics of formulas in excel but am over my head with this one. What will my formula look like in excel for this?
I will be scanning a bar code into excel on "sheet 1". I have various sheets in the work book. I have one sheet called "Registration" that lists the bar code numbers (10001 thru 10999) in column A. Column B, C, D and E are the first name, middle name, last name and association.
When said bar code number is scanned into "sheet 1", I need it to find that number in "Registration" column A and return the values of columns B, C, D and E into columns on sheet 1, row 1 and then tab down to row 2 for the next scanned number.
