Just a simple grammar question.. answer ASAP pls

Am I/Are you the only one here who (doesn't/don't?) ...
the subject is "I or you" but I use "only one" and "who" so should it be singular or plural?

Doesn't is the answer. Because upon closer scrutiny, you find out that 'the only one' is the subject.
(Are you the only one who does that?)
Is that what you were after, at all?

Unless you're talking about the plural you, like a group. Then it'd be:
"Are you the only ones who don't?"
