Well it depends, how old is he? See, I have a younger brother, who is 6. Sometimes, you just have to ignore him, and not get bothered by the things he does. He will eventually find out that these things don't bother you anymore. Then he will stop.
He's just trying to get your attention. Give him some! Try to make some time for him every day... Play a board game, jigsaw puzzle, go skating, play catch, walk the dog together. Trust me, when you get older, your family becomes much more important to you, and it's so great when you get together with your kids, to have some funny stories to tell about each other! Kids love hearing stories from aunts and uncles about goofy things their parents did as kids!
