is 14g of protein alot?

I'm trying to gain wight, right now my wight is (110lb) I wanna gain at least 20lb, how much protein do I need a day to reach my goal?

Well. Whey protein and protein are utilized differently. Really depends on how hard you are working out. For whey protein it's most important 20-30 minutes after your workout and it will be sent to your muscles right away and the excess discarded. Regular protein is provide nutrients throughout the day. 14g of protein is not enough for sure.

If you wanna gain alot of weight and protein dont drink those protein shakes that can mess you up Eat tuna penut butter and drink some milk after every or before every work out
