What has to be done when it is the BAKERS cyst behind the knee that is giving me the pain I have.

Was told I need Knee replacement.

By who??? It would not be the sole determining factor in knee replacement.

I was told a cyst behind the knee CAN NOT be taken out without knee surgery. Going for second opinion.

a doctor will normally check to see if there is excessive fluids behind the knee with a needle it seems uncomfortable but its how they check i was told there are exercises u can do that will help relieve the pain when its acts up or hurts i was never told anything about a knee replacement and personally i do not trust any form of replacement due to there are already so many that cause more pain then they do help im sure theres another way to remove the cyst without a knee replacement
