Which tablet is the best for drawing?

I'm an amateur artist and i was wondering if anyone knows a good tablet that i may use for sketching, drawing and coloring.
I'm not talking about the tablets you connect to the computer (i already have one of those).
I'm talking about like an iPad or something similar to that but cheaper and that works wonders.
Its cos am used to drawing on electronic stuff and i want something similar to that for when am not on my computer drawing.

Can anyone recommend me a good cheap one? (and if it needs a certain app, can you tell me that as well?)

answer seriously and thank you!

p.s. my mother plans on buying a tablet so i just want to know a good one.

And iPad would be good if you bought the right drawing app and possibly a stylus if you really need one. I'd recommend Sketchbook Pro.

Otherwise, if you want an actual drawing tablet, I'd recommend searching up Wacom tablets.
