What happen? I woke up this morning feeling foggy in the head confused pressure in my ears & shaky vision problems

just woke up this way had a panick attack driving my daughter to school due to confusion and vision issues

Try to eat something first. You may have low blood sugar.

all day. the last time I went to the hospital blood test and CT scan all normal. by the way it last for 1 1/2 month

You may have an inter ear problem. Would explain the pressure and foggy head. You should most likely go to the doctor again and get checked out.
