I need to gain 20 to 30 lbs I eat non stop and tried Protein shakes and they don't help much

Are you lifting weights, as well? Heavy weight, low reps, is what you want to bulk up. If you are a beginner, start slow and work your way up in weight.
Don't eat a ton, eat a normal diet but eat slightly larger proportions.
Heavy SQUATS... Start there and drop them in the bucket. Revaluate in 4-6 weeks.

Eat sweets! They will put weight on me so fast! Ice cream especially! Eat lots of it!
