I have an ache in my side,what could it be?

I went to the nurse today because i had an ache in my side. she gave me some ice for it and when i kept the ice on my side, the pain started to sharpen and spread to my back and my other side. what coud it be?

Maybe its your kidneys...you drink plenty of water? You should go to your doctor.

Oh then your kidneys might be starting to adjust to so much water flowing through them. Because they were so "dirty" cause there was no water flowing through them to clean them. But either way get it check by your doctor and be sure to explain in DETAIL so that the dr. Can help you out in the best way possible :) good luck!

You may be straining your back. Or perhaps it's what the person up there said ^ your kidney I would see a real doctor and soon.

It was a Clinic Nurse not the ones that work in the hospitol.
