Do I do leg raises or strengthen my abs first?
Okay, so this is a serious question Mods, so please don't remove. The other day I tried doing leg raises at the gym and I succeeded in a few reps. My problem is, though, I can't help but squeeze my pelvis whenever I do these raises. I also don't feel comfortable just doing them and I end up dropping to the floor having done you know what on myself. So... Should I try to do the leg raises now, or should I wait to strengthen my abs first?
