Do I do leg raises or strengthen my abs first?

Okay, so this is a serious question Mods, so please don't remove. The other day I tried doing leg raises at the gym and I succeeded in a few reps. My problem is, though, I can't help but squeeze my pelvis whenever I do these raises. I also don't feel comfortable just doing them and I end up dropping to the floor having done you know what on myself. So... Should I try to do the leg raises now, or should I wait to strengthen my abs first?

Do 50 crunches a day for a week than go up to 100 crunches for a week than go up to 100 crunches plus leg raises. Also try "russians". They will greatly build your abs!

if you really want to improve your body muscles that much, here what you should do:
2 days a week= abs trainning and jogging
2 days a week= leg days - leg weights and running

when you're home . do 6 packs exercises when you have some time

probably abs first. the strength will stay in while doing more excircise.

Doing leg raises does strengthen your abs.
