If she quit smoking then she's going to have side-effects from the dis-continuing. Don't worry. It's going to be okay. Her body is just trying to get used to not having the drug inside of her and it's trying to be healthier. I can't remember the name for it, but it's just side effects. No worries

yeah, sadly, that does happen to some people. It's just with-drawl symptoms is all. it should go on for a few weeks if not months, but it will eventually get better once the body gets used to not having drugs in it every single day

Honey, your mom probably just got up too fast from sitting or lying down, had an instant of low blood pressure, and fainted for a second. I've had the same thing happen to me.

Please don't worry so much. Your mom should probably cut back on the energy drinks, just because they put so much caffeine and unknown herbs into her system, but they are not a reason to worry, either.

It's okay!! I am sure she will be fine. The hospital wouldn't' of released her if they were worried about her. Just make sure she rests and try to help out with the meals and cleaning so she won't get stressed about that.

Good advice, CupCakeGirl. Helping around the house will definitely ease a mother's load. :-)

They may be right about blood pressure, but there's something else it could be.

Calm down. Your mother may be experiencing something fairly common. It's called hypertension. It comes from accumulated stress. She may not seem stressed, but the most common type of hypertension come from subconscious stress in the form of a stomach ache. She might have just been stressed and tired. The shot they gave her, if I had to guess, would have been something called a sedative, which will make her calm down. She just needs some rest, that's all.

You are going to be okay and so is your mom. You need to calm down a bit, okay? I know this is pretty scary, but doctors these days can treat almost everything.

Hypertension can cause you to get really tired and vulnerable to infection, so (since it's flu season) she probably got sick from something else. Her body needed a break and the shot gave it to her. Now, since she's recovering from that, her body overlooked something else.

I might be wrong, but I've been right enough times to suspect that i'm right.

Okay? Feel better? :)

's all good!

It is nice that you are so concerned.
Help her around the house as much as you can,
when you feel better. Keep your room picked up,
and do the things she asks of you.
Just love her with all of your heart, and cherish every moment.
Be your future self and look back on today with pride and love.
