If my laptop screen is cracked, then will the ink spread?!

:( theres alittle bit of ink right now.

yea and eventually you wont be able to see much on the screen so i suggest bringing it to maybe a local electronics, appliance store and have them replace your screen

It isn't actually ink... you are referring to the black 'splashes' on your screen correct? All it simply is, is the pixels that go on the screen to make the picture is being interrupted, it is like playing baseball in pitch black dark, you cannot hit the ball without sight, so the computer cannot load pixels without the screen being intact.

can can the pixels get worse if I move my laptop to much ?

Yes, they tend to start going out fast too, I had a cracked Dell XPS(forgot which model) and cracked the screen(On accident :P ) and it was just the size of my knuckle, 2 weeks later, it was full out.

Take it back, there should be a warranty if you just bought it new.

I think it would be time for a new computer if you are
having that kind of trouble.

I. Dropped my laptop and the screen no longer worked. I took it to a local cell phone repair shop and they were able to fix it for much less than buying a new laptop and with a free estimate. Much better deal than Best Buy or Dell . That also included a six month warranty
