I'm 15,6foot 2inches. I weigh 200. I'm not really fat, I just have a lot of stomach fat. I have been running and eating good.

Any suggestions? I want to weigh 175

To lose weight, you have to get some cardio-exercise. That means running fast, dancing, treadmill, whatever it takes to get your heartbeat above 160 beats per minute for at least thirty minutes at a time. Do this about three times per week, and you should start seeing results very soon.

To weigh 175, you need to do some exercises on a daily basis. You have to make sure that you refrain from eating food that has a lot of fat. You should consume whole grain and vegetables. You should also make sure that you take lots of water.
