I have heard that we can cut objects with laser and water , can't we do the same with air?

In a small way we do. Sand blasting an object can produce very detailed objects, given the technique and equipment used to do so.

do you know what sand blasting is?

Yes, they use compressed air carrying any type of abrasive from sand to diamond dust.

ok, and you realize it just takes of materials such as paints and other things. theres no cutting involved in the procces of sand blasting, point the gun at your hand and stings no cutting.

And I suppose you've nevers seen head stone for grave yards, all of that granite is carved by, you guessed it, sandblasting! How do you think high pressure water jet cutting came about? All are spin-offs of sandblasting in a design stance.

It would have to be a strong and precise enough stream of air to cut through objects.

A laser cuts with intense heat(light).
Water cuts with high speed x the density of molecules . Airs molecules are just too loosely packed the any damage.

People use a sand blaster to remove paint from things like trucks but that's about it
