How do I clean a dogs teeth?

My dog is very unyielding and wont let me brush he's teeth. I wanted to know if there where any other ways to clean his teeth?

A. Bring him to a pet groomers
B. Get him a dental chew

Yess they work very well and it improves the breath by alotttt. :)

I'm pretty sure groomers don't do teeth for the same reason your not. Most dogs hate brushing which is why vets have to sedate first. Just thought I'd mention it.

Mostly this is done by vets, they sedate the dogs and cats first.

A. Dental bones or dental snacks.
B. Mint chew toys (even if they are cats toys they will work fine).
C. Take them to a groomer and tell them you want his teeth cleaned.
D. Put a breath mint in his water.

You need to be careful you can cause an infection. Go to your Vet or a Groomer.
