Slowly decrease your intake. If it's coffee, start using half caffeinated and half decaf until you are drinking all decaf or none at all. Do not switch to tea. It contains more caffeine than coffee. If it's soda, decrease your intake by one a day and replace it with a bottle of water. (I do not know how much you drink of either). Never stop your intake all together or you will develop what is called a caffeine headache and they are not pleasant. Good luck.
