reckin it does to the people who do yoga on treating or they wouldn't be doing it

Yoga is a form of exercise. So as exercise it strengthens which is healthy. It also is supposed to be calming which reduces stress (always good) and that can help lower blood pressure.

There are many reasons Yoga has been around for thousands of years. It is probably the original holistic health regimen, as its concepts address the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of well being. The practice of Yoga is highly adaptable to each practitioner, and their various goals. Beneficial on many levels to be sure.
