Is Kanye west a better rapper or producer?

Even though he does sample a bunch of other people's music he still takes the music and makes it his own and in that aspect I'd say he's a better producer.......however he does have some seriously sick rhymes at times.....

He may be a talented artist and producer. I wouldn't know. Because he is a terrible person. And I choose not to patronize the work of such a mean spirited sociopath. Even if his music is wonderful. I choose not to listen to his music.
