well you don't tell the authories you sould say "hey leave him/her alone he/she is just the same as all of us' that way the bully knows you believe in yourself and your friend will feel protected so get out there and show that guy what you got
Unfortunately, telling "authorities" doesn't help much. Usually, you become the target, too. Bullying is learned @ home when parents beat their children instead of disciplining them. Children learn to find someone physically smaller and/or less powerful like parents express their frustrations & lack of communication skills by beating them. "Spare the rod; spoil the child" does NOT give parents carte blanche to beat their children. Shepherds do NOT beat their sheep w/their rods; they GUIDE them. Indeed, parents should guide their children or, more likely than not, those children's lives will be "spoiled." W/so much insight on child communication & so many books & seminars on good parenting, it is sad that no one thinks it important to teach parents now or in the future good parenting skills. & good business management is very much like good parenting, so employees suffer by lack of good supervision on many job sites, too.
