Do you guys know what it could be?What do I do? Please help if you can

This is not normal, I'm taking my dog to the vet, she was all normal and now she can't stop trembling and can't walk. She's normally playful and happy, then out of a sudden she's like this.

If she is an elderly dog she may have had a stroke or may have gotten into some sort of poison . Your veterinarian will be able to provide a better answer .
My thoughts are with you and I hope she'll be back to normal .
Good luck .

Thank goodness the vet says its something she ate and will be better, we just have to feed her with a specific food.

My dog has like the above comment, mild seizures. She tries to get to me as she feels one coming on. I get on the floor with her because if she's on the couch or bed and tries to get up she falls over. It's like she's all trembling and stiff. She's comes out of it quicker when I keep close to her.

It is great to see that you have made a veterinary appointment. Could be something eaten, could be a brain abnormality (idiomatic epilepsy) that may never repeat, could be an injury (spine, hips, etc) if your pet cannot walk.
