There isn't any particular exercise to lose stomach fat, you will lose the weight with a well diet and exercise. Do at least 30 or more minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week and stay away from bad carbs, go for fish, chicken, salads, and fruits. Drinks lots of water. If you belong to a gym go in the sauna right after every workout, it helps to detox and will help with fat loss. Hope this helps.
