What is the heaviest metal know to man

What's with all the stupidity? Simple question - simple answer: The heaviest naturally occurring element is No. 92, Uranium atomic weight 238.0289. The heaviest synthetic element known is No. 103, Lawrencium with a guesstimated atomic weight of (262) These ARE the heaviest metals.

Osmium or iridium.

I think these may be the densest metals in common use, but they are a long way from being the heaviest.

Just confirming - Osmium and then Iridium ARE the densest metals. But they are not the heaviest metals known - those are the radioactive metals I mentioned that are not safe to use for normal purposes.
