I have 2 empty unwanted files from a canon printer on my desktop. They cannot be moved or deleted. Any solutions?

The files were created accidentally. I have tried everything, but the error message reads...access denied check to see if file is in use and write protected. can not move or delete. There are 0 bytes in these 2 files. The original file is intact and useable on my desktop. The file is for a canon printer (mp 490 navigator ex3.0) Thanks in advance. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, and even when it was completely uninstalled, the 2 files were still there. Aggrevating!

Right click on the files or folders, one at a time. select properties and allow full control to your username. Another thing is to go into; Start-Programs - Startup, and see if there is any entry invoking the Canon files, which would place them as "In Use"
Finally last thing is to start the PC in Safe Mode get to the files and delete them.... If nothing works......Bring it to a shop.
