On a serious note... Less meat, fat free dairy, more veggies and fruits (raw and fresh), no soda, less butter, less sugar... Look for foods with low calories. Snack less. And of course, work out, a lot. :P Burn those calories, girl! (Sorry if that sounds wrong.)

I'm sure you look just fine , but it's not about what other people think its about what you think and what makes you happy. Try working out and eating healthier and if the people you live with dont eat healthy eat more at school then eat less when you get home .
no! I don't know a "fast" or "easy" way to loose weight. I doubt that there are any fast and easy ways to loose weight, that are safe. as for me, I eat ONLY when I am hungry or a bit weak. I eat small amounts and stop when I am no longer hungry. I drink only water, milk, fruit and vegetable drinks. no Pepsi or Cokes and definitely no energy drinks. I get all the sleep I need. I exercise (play and teach tennis). and I stay with it. never, never, never, NEVER give up!! and throw away your calendar...;-)
