Which career to choose?

Im a junior in H.S. and i don't know what to study in college. I think I wanna work in a hospital. I have pretty good grades and because of that, pretty much everyone in my family expect me to study something big. My aunt is already pretty sure that Im going to med school. But honestly I don't know what to do. I have been interested in engineering, and I mostly wanna go for biomedical engineering...They say that u really have to be good in math, and you have to like it for engineering, but im not a real fan of it, neither a bomb at it..pretty much a little more than average. But i hear people struggling to get jobs as biomedical engineers, so I don't want the same thing to happen to me... I could study biomed. engineering for undergrad, then go to med school but engineering is a gpa killer :/ so Im not so sure about that plan...My mom has always wanted me to become a physician. She's a gynecologist, but Im just not sure....I really like the idea of working in hospital so should I just go for med school? I just wanna be sure of were I'm heading so that i can concentrate all my strengths towards that goal

How about nursing? If the med courses come easy to you, then you can think about med school. When people are undecided, I think going to a local community college the first couple of years really helps and is much cheaper in the long run if you totally change course and veer to something else. You may even like hospital administration field better. In a nutshell, whatever courses come easy to you will tell you what degree you end up getting.
