That's why here in Australia we register parties with the police & they keep an eye on the situation. My stepson had a impromptu party with us at home bout 12 years ago. Seventeen kids invited. 16-18 year olds. 229 turned up. We made them all leave at midnight. They filled up our small court & continued partying out there till 3 am. The neighbours were angry. The cops came but not before Things were stolen, broken & damaged, they left smashed bottles everywhere. We had to clean the court up. Our neighbours didn't forgive us. The stepson had no more parties.
Project X is actually a movie. That's where they all got the idea from, but honestly, I don't think they will do any of that crap, because they all talk and act cool, then never turn up to do anything.
Anyhow, in the Project X movie, a wannabe gangster kid throws a huge birthday party for his best friend, and invites people over to his house. Well, instead, thousands of people show up at the party, and they end up getting drunk, getting high, doing crazy; yet stupid crap, and a whole lot of stuff goes down. Regular High-school party crap.
