Physical- Exercise and Healthy eating (It isn't just about the outside ya know ;D) Mentally- Go out and learn. Read books. Experience new things. Talk to your elders. Meditate. THINK. Emotionally- Put out what you want to get in return. Do what YOU believe is right. Stand up for what you believe in...even if you are standing alone.
Obviously this is just my opinion, I don't know much about the physical thing, but with mentally, it's all about being abe to recognize what your feeling, and being able to talk yourself (in your mind) through it.
The most fun way to physical strength is sport. If you don't like team sports, or if you're nervous about competing, then take up running and swimming. You can do those on your own.
The way to mental strength is pretty straightforward. Learn as much as you can about the things you're interested in and start trusting your own judgment. You won't get it right every time but little by little you'll build self confidence and you'll get it right most of the time.
Emotional strength? Easy peasy. No matter who you are, no matter what you do, there's going to be somebody around who says nasty or unpleasant things about you. We all get that. It doesn't matter what other people think about you -- it's what YOU think about you that counts. If you live decently and set out, slowly, to achieve your goals, you'll learn that their opinions don't bother you any more.
Is that a load of bull dust? Not really. Those are the lessons I had to learn before I became confident and strong.
