Can the rabies virus survive in freezing water/ice outside?

shaking, anxiety over rabies because I was handling a big chunk of water that froze and I got a small cut from the frozen chunk of ice after making a mini skiing ring I went inside and washed my hands. still fearful :'(

can I catch it if the animal drank water and the infected saliva was in the water which was cold/ frozen? sorry I need this to be awnsered, I have Hypochondria. thank you for the URL, that helped me calm down, the reason I freeked out over rabies is that I have a headache, which in this case is a lack of sleep, my memory which I thuoght could be the cause, and hypochondria which slipped by to say hello.

The article says that rabies can not even survive exposure to sunlight so unless your puddle was in a cave... anyway glad it helped
