(I'm assuming you meant "brinGing.") You need to "flip the script." Instead of feeling bad/down & focusing on whatever-it-is that you think you're not good at, focus on all the positive things about yourself & all the things you ARE good at. It's a matter of perspective. The more you view yourself in a positive light, the better you'll feel about yourself. You'll also appear more attractive to yourself & others. Think of it like an exercise; you're strengthening your confidence & self-esteem by focusing on all of your positive qualities & working on changing any negative behaviors.
Focus and will yourself to think of other more positive things. Once you catch yourself in the 'initiation thinking process' quickly switch to another thought. Don't let those negative thoughts flower, nip it in the bud. With practice it get's easier.
