How do you dig up an old grave?
You would have to get a court order to exhume the casket. It's a huge ordeal and not usually granted unless it concerns a police investigation. Good luck.
With a digging machine.
With a Back-Hoe... And... DON'T
A shovel :I Or your hands :3
Shovel, your hands....
with a lawyer on retainer
Shovel but it may take awhile. Or go too court but that can take awhile too...
If its with a pet grab a shovel and dig carefully. If its a human go to the court. Good Luck getting their permission you better have a good reason.
.....Why??? You gotta get a lawyer and permission first.
Generally, in the U. S., the remains of deceased persons belong to the local government or state and nobody is allowed to do anything with them except by getting permission from a judge. And one would need a good, verifiable reason to do so.
That is a weird and creepy question.
Court order along with permission from the family a back hoe and an assistant, its a big hassle.
Well I would think of that has being disrespected.
You don't want to do this. Illegal/gross/wrong.
tell their family you found a change in the will
Why do you want to know??? O_o
with a shovel n 10 hrs of darkness silly man. n don't get caught bro.
you dig with your hands
Why do you want to know? I find this very wrong if you are wanting to dig up someone's grave. Anyway, heres your answer, permission first....
