How do you dig up an old grave?

Report as

You would have to get a court order to exhume the casket. It's a huge ordeal and not usually granted unless it concerns a police investigation. Good luck.

If its with a pet grab a shovel and dig carefully. If its a human go to the court. Good Luck getting their permission you better have a good reason.

Generally, in the U. S., the remains of deceased persons belong to the local government or state and nobody is allowed to do anything with them except by getting permission from a judge. And one would need a good, verifiable reason to do so.

J. Did you get the ask.com question of the day correct today? :)
Report as
I don't get those. I guess it's because I'm on an iPhone, not a computer. Now I'm curious what it was.
Report as
I was able to find the question by googling Ask.com question of the day. Yes I knew the answer.
Report as
It was nice for one to finally be photography based!

That was kind of cool. My explanation of it was actually a little more specific than theirs and now I know how to find the question of the day from my iPhone. I wouldn't have checked into it if you hadn't asked me about it. I figured since you asked me it was probably about photography. That's an interest we have in common.
I know it's not a social networking site but I feel like I have a few friends on here and you're one of them.

Thank you, I am happy to consider you a friend :)

Why do you want to know? I find this very wrong if you are wanting to dig up someone's grave. Anyway, heres your answer, permission first....
