What's an appropriate amount of exercise for a 5'7" seventeen year old girl?

I'm thinking about starting to run more as well. I already swim and ride my bike but want to do more.

Maybe try joining a sport. Such as Soccer or Volleyball.

I think that the best exercise will be to brisk walk or jog. You can also dance or even play volleyball. Such exercises are good because they have their own time and schedules that will not collide with your programs.
