What are some healthy things to have for breakfast?

Warming up things from the day before in the Microwave isn't too healthy. So....suggestions?

you become obese because in your next meal you wil be realy hungry which wll cause you to eat alot of food. And if you do this every day you will get fat

Not eating breakfeast makes you eat more than if you had breakfeast, you snack way more, and feel hungry even after eating. You gain more weight by not eating breakfeast than if you did

You can balance this but only certain people can, you dont get obese directly from it but it is a step too it.

Depends on your definition of healthy. But things that i would consider healthy for breakfast is like eggs fried in olive oil is actually kind of healthy. Eggs scrambled with ham and cheese isn't a bad choice. thats not much but hope you find more.... :)

My husband eats the whites of two hard boiled eggs. I boil them up in advance and he grabs them on his way out the door. Toast with peanut butter is a good high protein breakfast as well.

Oatmeal with a touch of honey and a banana. Egg white omelet with chopped onions and bell peppers or mushrooms and a slice of light cheese. Dry wheat toast and a glass of OJ

Nothing :) ! That's what I eat anyway! But, you could have cereal and a mixture of fruits on top! Be sure to include blueberries or any kind of berries, because they hold a cancer fighting substance! Hope I helped! :)

Although brekfeast is important. Literally. You even dont need lunch, in fact eating breakfeast makes you feel less hungry. If you dont eat breakfeast you want more food, more than the amount you didnt have. If you had no breakfeast you are likely to snack more and double your lunch and dinner.

Fruit for vitamens, minerals, and sugar. Drink should be milk, or clorophyll water or juice. Vegatables for vitamens, minerals and other nutrients. Low fat bacon for protein and neural (brain) stimulater. Amino acids in bacon wake you up, get you going. for a quick grab and go, get a banana or yogurt, a strip or bite of jerky, and bread. a certain cholesteral in bread makes you release a hormone that stores energy, so its good if you dont have much too eat.

Turkey bacon is very good, but im not sure it has the same amino acids, but it is healthier, less fatty too. Be careful, some people cant eat much bird. It is only in some familys that the ancestors eat bird. We arent actually supposed to eat bird, we never started out with a bird diet. Some cultures have adapted to be able too though. This also goes for cow milk, which is actually lactose intolerance. But since one of the first domesticated animals was the cow, not many have lactose intolerance compared to our entire species

I noticed 3 people's answer was egg whites. Why not the yolks,too? If you say because they have fat, it's not a good answer. It's a very good type of fat like avocados or nuts or olive oil.
